Sadhana Smiles – MC

In 2008 Sadhana founded Links Fiji – a not for profit, focused on providing pap smears to women in remote Pacific Islands and in 2012 she bought “Walk a Mile in Their Shoes” to Victoria, getting 250+ men and women to walk a mile in Melbourne in high heels to support White Ribbon Australia.

In 2013 Sadhana published her first book “People Power – Did You Have Them @ Hello”, a step by step guide to developing and managing performance-driven team and in 2016 Sadhana wrote “I Want What She’s Having” a self-help journal to coach and mentor en masse, helping to discover who you are and what you stand for.

In 2013 Sadhana was named the Victorian Telstra Business Women of the Year, was named AFR/WBC One Hundred Women of Influence in Australia in 2016, and in 2017 Sadhana won the Victorian Leader/Manager of the Year with Institute of Managers and Leaders.

Sadhana led Harcourts Victoria to become the leading business unit globally within the group, the fastest franchise group in Australia, successfully increasing their market share over their competitors.

In 2017 she became a joint venture partner with Harcourts Group Australia in a Property Management business, Harcourts Move and in 2018 she saw an opportunity for a global role focusing on the investment sector going through rapid change.

In 2020 Sadhana took on the CEO role for the Real Estate Industry Partners with the purpose to unite the real estate industry to support the Australian economy and ensure the people working in the industry are working collaboratively to build a sustainable property future.

Tanja Lee

Tanja Lee is the CEO of the personal and professional development business THE ALCHEMIC WAY. A multi-award-winning leadership and mindset specialist, Tanja dedicates her time and energy to empowering business leaders and teams to realise their potential in the least amount of time. She is an international speaker, peak performance coach, NLP practitioner and trainer and author with over 35 years’ experience in the corporate, private, retail, real estate, property and government sectors. She is also the REB 2019 Mentor of the Year, Industry Thought Leader of the Year Wellness Advocate of the Year and 2019 Top 10 Property Specialist of the Year. An adventurous spirit who has jumped out of planes, snorkelled with giant turtles, worked with Ricky Martin, and meditated inside the Kings Chambers of the Great Pyramid of Giza in Ancient Egypt. This mother of two teenage girls, sees herself as a perfectly imperfect, consistent work in progress who is driven to be of service to the positive evolution of humanity.

Dr Matt Tredgetsmith

Matt Tredgetsmith is the COO of The Alchemic Way. As Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Applied Kinesiologist for over 20 years, Matt has a strong interest in wellness and longevity practices, helping his patients to live well and enjoy their full potential.
He has a background in five-star international hotel management, small business ownership and management and has also enjoyed a short stint in real estate working as a leasing agent, BDO and property manager. Matt enjoys Eastern philosophy, landscape photography, good food and better wine. He is also an avid martial artist with a focus on traditional systems and weapons.
This animal-loving husband of Tanja and her two wonderful adult daughters, seeks to become a better man today than he was yesterday.

Hayley Mitchell

When it comes to Property Management, Hayley Mitchell has done it all!

Hayley started in Real Estate in 1999 and has built a successful career working in all facets of Property Management including owning her own businesses. A fully licenced Estate Agent, Hayley has won numerous awards and accolades including REIV Property Manager of the year twice and was also named one of Elite Agents Top 50 Industry influencers in 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2022.

Currently she runs a successful Airbnb rent roll in VIC. She is passionate about improving the standards in the Industry and shares her knowledge with others through her training and Events Company – MitchellPT. This business provides training that is Innovative, relative, and useful.

Beau Miller

Beau started in Real Estate in 1998 at the age of 17 in driving prospective tenants from house to house – working with the first Property Management agency in Tasmania not to giving out keys!

With experience in leading Real Estate Businesses across Tasmania and Queensland, and sales and management experience within the largest Real Estate Software company of its time, Beau has a wealth of knowledge and an energy that is unmatched. In 2005 Beau and her Husband moved to Ipswich after a Defence Relocation to the Amberley Air Base. Shortly after, the Beautique Realty business began. Beau’s absolute passion and ‘first baby’ is to create a winning experience for her clients and a legacy for the real estate industry. Beautique Realty is an example for the future of independent property management agencies.

Now married, with two children, Cody and Zac and family dog Ivy they now call Greater Springfield their home. The boys both attend Greenbank Primary School and keep mum and dad busy between Scouts and Soccer. As a family all four are keen motorbike riders and Beau gets her fix racing around a race track on her Beautique branded Suzuki GSXR 750.

Beau is a leader in her industry, and in 2019 and 2020 finished in the top 12 out of over 350 agents Australia wide in the ELITE AGENT Transform Challenge. In 2022, Beau published a childrens book ‘Little Red is Moving House’ to help children adapt to and feel safe during the uncertain times of moving house.

Jodie Stainton

With a career spanning 22 years, I am privileged to lead Harcourts Solutions property management division; an award winning, privately-owned company with 3 locations across Brisbane and a growing portfolio of over 2200 properties.

My role is to ensure Harcourts Solutions is the chosen workplace for the best property management professionals in Australia. I know that happy, challenged, trained and supported property managers provide outstanding property management services to our owners and tenants and their broader communities.

What I’ve learned over the past 22 years is that just like there are differences between the best and worst doctors, there are differences between the best and worst property managers. Our property managers remain at the forefront through personalised training and great technology to make their lives easier so they have time to concentrate on their clients’ investing outcomes.

Previously, I have held state and national roles within Harcourts & Ray White, a national role within a successful prop tech company and I pioneered a national property management franchise. I’m passionate about customer service and the future viability of the industry and have regularly shared knowledge, speaking at major events across Australia and New Zealand. I’ve twice been awarded in the Top 50 Real Estate Influencer’s List by Elite Agent.

I love finding new ways to deal with old problems. I keep abreast of tech and customer service innovation across industries around the world which allows me to innovate within our industry and business. I’m all about relationships, continual learning, growth, helping women achieve success and property management. It’s a great day when all those things come together.

Hermione Gardiner

Hermione Gardiner, founder of Sidekick Coaching and Consulting – spent many years managing properties and throughout her thriving career, she was always was looking for ways to make things better, faster, smarter and easier. Her business Sidekick was born from a desire to support Property Management businesses and their people – to make their lives easier, to help them feel a little less alone and to alleviate the stress and overwhelm that the job (and life) can bring.  Her real and grounded approach will give you both the mindset shifts and practical skills you need to create change in your work, and life.

Samantha is the joint owner and Managing Editor of Elite Agent and a three-time winner of the prestigious Mumbrella Publish award for Business Editor of the year. A sales and marketing professional with more than 25 years of experience she has held senior management roles in the past for companies like Optus, Cisco, British Telecom and PwC.
