Dave Skow – MC

Hailing from the NSW Riverina Region, Dave Skow started his real estate career in 2001 and has held roles in sales and property management, franchise management and training for the Real Estate Institute NSW. After selling his PM business in 2021 after building it to almost 1,000 managements, Dave is now excited to continue to impart his knowledge of business growth and ownership to other property management practitioners around the country.

Tara Bradbury

The Fraser Coast is my stomping ground! I love the familiarity, lifelong friends and lifestyle that goes with it. My favourite happy place is anywhere with my husband, Shane, and our two daughters, Isabelle and Sienna. Apart from my family, property management, rent roll growth, mentoring and living the Hervey Bay lifestyle are my greatest passions. I started out in the local real estate scene in 2002 and established Active Agents in 2019.

You will find me direct and social with a (wickedly) weird sense of humour and a constant need to be busy. I love challenges that involve talking, learning and, well, people. I’m a people person you see, and helping others is at the core of my motivation. I aspire to share with others through leadership and build on the profession of our industry and clients while offering a workplace that our team loves coming to everyday.

I am a driver. I drive ideas, procedures, structure, change, actions, visions, goals, dreams .. well, anything I can really. I like to see things run smoothly and consider myself the master time-efficiency expert. I love the variety of my role here at Active Agents which includes new business, business and office management and property management. My passions within these fields are marketing, business and strategic acumen, and development.

Danielle Cargill

A property manager since 1997, Danni is well aware of the stresses that the job can put on us and the toll this takes on us mentally. Over the years, her primary way of managing a challenging role and her mental health has been by maintaining her physical health.

In 2018 Danni undertook Pilates teacher training, which she developed into a live, interactive online experience during the lockdowns and continued this to help people to switch off the mind chatter, counter the negativity of sitting in front of a computer and find new strength – all from the convenience of home. Join her at PM Reach for a 45 minute mat pilates class to discover muscles you didn’t know you had!

Adrian Medhurst

Dr Adrian Medhurst is a Doctor of Organisational Psychology and co-founder of Benny Button, a work-life wellbeing and performance business. Yes, wellbeing and performance go hand-in-hand! By day, Adrian’s mission is to help people and forward-thinking leaders learn that when we invest in and consistently take action for our wellbeing, we can optimise performance in work and life. Also by day (as well as by night), Adrian is a devoted husband and father to his pride and joy little girl and boy. It is this kind of juggling act – what he calls ‘work-life agility’ – that Adrian is passionate about when it comes to supporting his clients to be at their best.

As a keynote speaker, author, educator, and thought leader, Adrian specialises in performance psychology, wellbeing science, stress mastery, mindfulness, behavioural change, and innovation. Adrian is also a meditation and yoga teacher and lead author of the book “Meditate on This: The Science of Mindfulness”.

Adrian has over 15 years spanning corporate consulting, university lecturing, and dedicated ongoing scientific research, study and practise. Over the years Adrian has worked across the globe and across industry sectors with organisations including REA Group, CBA, Victoria Police, NSW and Vic Govt’s, Bluescope Steel, Nike, BHP, Kimberly-Clark, Abbvie, Australia Post, NAB, AMP, Lululemon, Asahi-Schweppes, Red Cross, Swisse, Fairfax, Coles, Medibank, SBS, Qantas, Novartis, BP, Sugar Australia, Heinz, Fosters, and more.

Shantelle Thompson

Shantelle Thompson is a known as the Barkindji Warrior in her communityand driving force behind the Warrior Heart movement. Warrior heart is to stand in your power, be your truth and follow your heart.
Shantelle considers herself a Master Life weaver, weaving together life, culture, motherhood, identity, being an athlete, storyteller, Indigiepreneur (First Nations Entrepreneur), founder, advocate for Sharing your story, Indigenous Knowledge & Culture, Wellbeing, Leadership and self development.

She is a staunch and proud Barkindji, Ngiyampaa and European woman of descent, Mumma of x 5, and some other roles she holds are transformational speaker, thought leader, athlete (world champion), Suicide survivor, Founder – Kiilalaana& Chief Warrior Heart (CEO) of Kiilalaana Foundation.

Tanja Lee

Tanja Lee is the CEO of the personal and professional development business THE ALCHEMIC WAY. A multi-award-winning leadership and mindset specialist, Tanja dedicates her time and energy to empowering business leaders and teams to realise their potential in the least amount of time. She is an international speaker, peak performance coach, NLP practitioner and trainer and author with over 35 years’ experience in the corporate, private, retail, real estate, property and government sectors. She is also the REB 2019 Mentor of the Year, Industry Thought Leader of the Year Wellness Advocate of the Year and 2019 Top 10 Property Specialist of the Year. An adventurous spirit who has jumped out of planes, snorkelled with giant turtles, worked with Ricky Martin, and meditated inside the Kings Chambers of the Great Pyramid of Giza in Ancient Egypt. This mother of two teenage girls, sees herself as a perfectly imperfect, consistent work in progress who is driven to be of service to the positive evolution of humanity.

Hayley Mitchell

Hayley Mitchell started in Real Estate in 1999 and has built a successful career working in all facets of Property Management including owning her own businesses. A fully licenced Estate Agent, Hayley has won numerous awards and accolades including REIV Property Manager of the year twice and was also named one of Elite Agents Top 50 Industry influencers in 2017, 2018 & 2019. She is passionate about improving the standards in the Industry and shares her knowledge with others through her training and Events Company – MitchellPT. This business provides training that is Innovative, relative, and useful.

Kylie Davis

Kylie Davis is a proptech entrepreneur, commentator and expert on innovation and human-centric real estate. She is the founder and president of The Proptech Association Australia, host of the Proptech Podcast and acting CEO of the Rise Initiative which focuses on mental wellness across the property professions.

Kylie has an MBA from the University of NSW and has held a 25-year career across media, marketing and big data. She was a co-founder of content marketing automation proptech, HomePrezzo, which was acquired by ActivePipe in 2020 – her second successful exit – and has held senior editorial and marketing roles at Fairfax, News Corp and CoreLogic.

Kylie’s research into consumer and marketing experiences has set the benchmark for behavioural performance in real estate. She is the author of more than a dozen landmark reports including Voice of Australian Property Managers for MRI, Behaviours of Top Performing Agents for OpenAgent, Real State of Real Estate Leadership, Future of Real Estate and the Perceptions of Real Estate Agents series for CoreLogic and the Email Marketing Benchmark Report for ActivePipe.

Kylie holds multiple advisory board roles including Erin Living and Real Time Conveyancing, and her business Proptech Guru delivers marketing consultancy services to a range of technology companies including, ActivePipe/Moxie, Properti, MRI, AI Assets, and Dynamic Methods.
