Tanja is a leadership and mindset specialist. She has advised thousands of leaders and teams both nationally and internationally. Tanja’s big game is to elevate real estate leaders and agents ability to build trust and transparency within the communities they have the privilege to serve and she recently partnered with Core Logic to complete the first of its kind study, The Real eSTATE of Leadership.
Shane is the first to admit he has been in tears and struggled for years, but has worked hard to overcome weaknesses. He is now sharing his experiences and helping others, and will show you not only how turn negative’s into positive’s but how to water and nurture these incidents for a best outcome and make a difference.

Since 1995 David has covered most roles within a real estate office having been salesperson, property manager, BDM, general manager, and a business owner. 2019 saw David pursue a passion for helping others improve themselves by stepping into the training field.
One of real estate’s most inspiring and influential leaders Kylie Walsh is a focused on building a formidable team of results-driven professionals. As General Manager, Kylie executes a business strategy that further strengthens and grows the company’s industry-leading reputation.
Having previously worked for some of the nation’s most prestigious and respected agencies, Shelli has gained exceptional experience and insight into the property industry, her acumen and innate management skills seeing her excel in both Property Management and high-level Team Leader roles.
Tayla is recognised as a leader in her local real estate community. Maintaining a wealth of knowledge that is shared with her real estate associates; landlords, tenants and tradespersons, Tayla is considered to be abreast of all market trends and legislation making her a valuable asset to many.
Sadhana is the CEO of Property Management at Harcourts International, Director of Harcourts Move and Founder of Links Fiji. Arriving in Australia as a migrant at the age of 16, she has blazed her own trail in business.

We are experiencing rapid changes in our industry, most of it is exciting and a lot of it can be daunting and overwhelming. With any change we experience and implement in our businesses we need to ensure that we have in place a robust plan. The key to ensuring this plan works is to make sure that our personal goals are also taken into account. Starting from the bottom up, Danielle has worked on reception, in leasing, as a property manager, supervised a team, managed a department, focused on business development and continued managing property over the last 23 years. There have been mistakes, tears, successes, sleepless nights, and more tears, but she still loves what she does and is here to share some of her secrets to never giving up, being true to your values, knowing how and when to switch off and always presenting your best self to your clients.
In this session Sadhana will give you the playbook for how to blaze “your” own trail and create your own career path by being brave enough to speak up and shake things up. Sadhana believes we need empowered, driven, inclusive innovations but more importantly we need people to believe that they have the power to be heard and make a difference.
“Blaze your own trail” is about her journey, sharing her lightest and darkest days, rebuilding her life and relationships to become one of the most respected women in her industry and a role model to women in the many diverse communities in Australia.

Cate’s presentation aims to address the journey with a real edge, some rawness and as much inspiration for real estate small business as she can muster. She will touch on, finding the inspiration, finding your niche, having a brand identity (it’s an extension of YOU!), managing the challenges and “leaning on your village” – being a good villager yourself for the others in your community.
When Hayley decided to start a PM only business back in 2009 she did so with grand ideas of what she wanted it to become. When her situation changed and she sold it in 2018 she didn’t intend to start up again. But less than a year later she and her husband Warren opened Geelong Property Managers. Why? Well that is a question that has been asked a lot and one that she will answer during this informative session.
How often do we go to a conference, we go back to work, we get busy and the bottom draw becomes the smartest place in the office.
